Terms & Conditions
Effective October 6, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of TindaPOS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service operator
TindaPOS is operated by John Rey Baliguat. Questions about these terms may be sent to baliguatjohnrey91@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials confidential, and protecting the devices used to access your store. You are responsible for activity performed through your Store Owner account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
3. Free trial and subscription
New Store Owner accounts receive a 15-day free trial unless a different promotional period is clearly stated. After the trial, continued access to transaction features may require an active subscription. Current plan prices and billing periods are shown in the Subscription page before payment is submitted.
Manual GCash subscription payments are subject to verification. Submission of a receipt or reference number does not by itself activate or extend access. Access is updated only after approval.
4. Store records and user-entered data
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the product, sales, expense, GCash, Pautang, customer, and other business information you enter into TindaPOS. You must not use the service to store unlawful content or information you are not authorized to collect or process.
5. Pautang customer information
If you enter customer names, mobile numbers, notes, balances, or other Pautang information, you are responsible for using that information for a lawful business purpose and for providing any notices or obtaining any permissions required by applicable law.
6. Offline Device Mode
Offline Device Mode may temporarily store product data and queued cash sales on the device. You are responsible for keeping that device secure. Queued transactions should be allowed to reconnect and synchronize before clearing browser data, uninstalling the app, or changing devices.
7. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, access another store's data, upload malicious content, exploit vulnerabilities, or use TindaPOS for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep TindaPOS available and reliable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, internet outages, hosting incidents, device limitations, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect availability. Features may be improved, changed, or discontinued when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, or product development.
9. Backups and business records
TindaPOS uses operational safeguards and backup procedures, but Store Owners remain responsible for maintaining any additional copies of business records they are legally or operationally required to keep.
10. Limitation of responsibility
TindaPOS is a business-recording and point-of-sale tool. It is not accounting, tax, legal, banking, or financial advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user-entered data, unauthorized device access, unsupported hardware, third-party outages, or use of the service contrary to these terms.
11. Suspension or termination
Access may be restricted or suspended for expired subscriptions, security risks, abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, or material violations of these terms. Where appropriate, reasonable steps will be taken to preserve legitimate store data and allow account issues to be resolved.
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.
13. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page together with an updated effective date. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
